Password filed should be blank initially login screen on ECC 6.0

Hi experts,

During login on SAP (ECC .6.0) the login screen the filed of password contains already ****** initially i want this field blank

and when i supply the password it visible as the *.

How can i achieve this. please do the needful and thanks in advance.

ECC6.0 oracle 10g On RHEL5

This is the standard look and feel of SAP and I'm not aware that you can change it.
