Is someone knows if a SAP Solution Manager' Data Model exists (and how to retrieve), specially focused on Business Partner main data, Users and Service Desk.

what you exactly want? looking for table structures or only road map? We dont have exact document? more over solman has lots of e2e functionality for your application life cycle management.

if you want roadmap check it in tcode RMMAIN.

or you are looking for bw data model?

Sorry my question was not precise enough, I am looking for database model: tables' structure and relationship, specially for BusinessPartner information (address, users, installation) and Service Desk, regarding Support Scenarii.
