Dear All,
Since I need to tell if the oracle session (ID) corresponding to the WP (ID) is valid or not.
I have to judge, if the WP has been restarted or not.
Which way can i have this information?
Of course the easiest the best.
Thank you all inadvance.
Kate
Thank you Prabaharan!

You can see the number of times the WP is restarted through SM50 tcode.

Hi Kate,
First I tried :
"administration" -->"restart after error"-->both "yes/no"
then refresh sm50
nothing change...
==> This is to enable status of wp to yes. It implies wp has to restart in case of error.
Second
"administration" -->"end session"
then refresh sm50
nothing change...
==> This is not the right approach to check wp restart. Wp restart may happen due to some system errors or memory issues. When WP restarts "ERR" column should have value >=1.

Hi Kori,
Thank you very much.
In addition, i've search a way to restart the WP manually.
Log in to the SAP software platform you're using with a login that has administrative credentials.
Set SAP to restart the work process automatically after it is stopped by clicking on "Administration," then "Process." Click on "Restart After Error" and then select "Yes."
End the work process by clicking "Administration" followed by "Process." Select "Cancel With Core" to stop the work process.
Allow the process to stop and automatically restart based on the setting you made in the first step.
The WP has really been restarted, but the "restart" column is no change...
BR,
Kate
