SPRO--> SAP Reference IMG not working

Hi Friends,

      My System have SPRO->SAPReference IMG button not working(when i click) on that one,It canot showing anything or even error message also?

i am Basis administrator i have all the permissions & My GUI is 7.30.Please let me know any solution.

The root cause of the problem is that table TTREE has no entries.
If you have another system with same release and the same software components, than you can copy  the content of the tables mentioned in SAP note 1819182.

hi,

any log in sm21, st22 and also try to connect by tool set as below

and also make sure you updated the LATEST PATCH for sap gui 7.30,

Hi Jhansi,

     we r checking in dump & logs--- only program errors(Syntax errors) will showing we solve that errors.

   Already we installed latest patch(according to SAP market),

Still facing same issue.
