Lotus notes integration error with SRM Offline approval

Dear Experts

We have configured the SRM offline approval program. Users can select the logon button from his lotus notes inbox. and then he will be redirected to the corresponding portal page.

We are facing the issue like, for some users when selecting the Logon link from Lotus notes we are getting the error in the popop. Because

the system trying to open the page  %20http://.............

I don't know why this %20 is getting added along with http. Because of this user not able to open the portal page directly from his lotus notes.

The issue is happening only for the few users from Lotus notes. Some of the other users not facing any issue with this lotus notes.

Kindly let us know to fix the issue for the same.

Hi Hari,

If  the link is not working for only specific users , then you have to check with Basis consultant to compare the ids which is working and which is not working .

Hello,

%20 can indicate a space. Where is that URL defined? Check if a space has snuck in.
