When a Customs Document Line Item is created, CRTSP is given the current timestamp as I'd expect. If the line item is updated, it appears that the create date CRTSP is deleted and the Change Date CHTSP is given the current timestamp. For the life of me I can't think of why the Create Date would be deleted when the record is updated, but I'm sure there's an explanation for what I'm seeing.
Anthony,
Could you please share we us which version/SP of GTS you are using ?
With GTS 10.0 SP 14 I experience the same issue as you do.

Hi Anthony,
Is this really happening?
I just tried with a Customs document. Even after updation of a line item, i can still find Created Date-Time and Changed Date-Time in /sapsll/cuit
Can you please check it once. I can still find created date. Or is this happening in program flow?
If it is really happening. Please raise an SAP message and check. Do let us know the updates.
Thanks
Dhilipan
