Inspection Points tab in UD screen

When you go to make UD for a lot in QA12 there are 3 tabs displayed: Defects, Characteristics and Inspection Points (if material is set up to have inspection points)

The default tab is usually Characteristics.

Is there any way of changing that? Can I set up, for example Inspection Points tab as default instead?

Sorry. As I know, it is not possible within standard transaction QA12.

The default tab is always Defects or Characteristics.

Hello,

You have to make screen tab active and define your code for the same in the screen shot above the characterstic tab is active,you need to change the same for inspection points.There is a similar issue reported for the different screen in below link,Please check the same and modify the code accordingly:

Thanks Swetha, but I am not looking at creating a new program to make UD. I just wanted to see if there is a way to make the change through config.
