ICM ADMIN GUIDE?

We are in the process of upgrading from 7.0 to 7.3. Its a large conversion of load balanced ,external facing portals.

I have run into many problem, mainly with the Content Filter blocking perfectly normal content.

I still do not have a good feel for how the ICM Admin module works. I understand it replaces the Displacher, and I am able to setup the icmauth.txt and I can access the ICM Admin moculde via /nwa, but with all that our portal does with load balancing and external facing portals, federation, etc, I need an ADMIN guide or monre information on the ICM as it applies to JAVA.

I can't seem to find that information anywhere and would appreciate being pointed in a direction. I have search instguides and several other places.

Again, just looking for an admin ICM guide that applies to Java, or some other helpful reading material. Find it hard to believe its this hard to find this info considering they replace such a major piece of technology.

Hi Tom

I just went through similar issues which you just described. You have already taken care of adjusting the content filters , that does take care of lot of things.

If this is an ABAP stack then you also need to adjust your gateway for external communication.

Let me know i can provide some more details on it.
