GRR3 Data download to excel with same formatting

HI,

i need to download the Grr3 report data to the excel in same formatting and when i'm trying to download  using > export> HTML format and open in excel
its not working. please help to sort this out.

Hi,

When you download the data in HTML format then you can open it only in a browser like IE, Firefox, Chrome...etc.

If you want to open the document in excel sheet then you need to select the format as 'Spreadsheet' while saving the data on local.

thanks a lot for the answer. but i need to download the report  to excel with same format ( colours & etc) . thats why tried to download as HTML and open in excel.  please help.

Hello Dilan,

I dont think it is possible to download the data  in the same format as you see in  SAP screens to excel.  SAP screens usually use ALV Grid format which is different than excel spreadsheet.
