Issue in the Runtime Workbench

Hi All,

While trying to access the payload from Runtime Workbench -> Message Display Tool -> Message Content Tab

we are getting "500 Internal Server Error" message .

We are using PI 7.1 version.

Can you please help me to fix this issue.

is the interface a Sync one for which you are trying to access the payload? if so Sync messages are not persisted by default.you have to set the below mentioned parameters in NWA

Service SAP XI AF Messaging:

messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody = false

After this restart the java stack and you should be able to access the payload.

If you are not able to access payload for any of the interface go through threads and see if proper roles have been assigned to you or not.

hi sai,

did u try to to see in the integration engine or adapter engine,

i think integration engine message payload can only be see through sxmb_moni not RWB

you can see adapter engine through RWB

I am checking in Adapter engine only.

Perform Cache Connectivity in RWB and make sure that all the components are green.

Sunil, I did everything, eventhough same issue..
