Alert inbox & mail

Hello,

I created two alerts through 'Alert Configuration':
- One for the Integration Engine
- One for the Engine Adapter.

Through ALRTCATFED I defined the message I want to appear in them.

- Integration Engine, i don't know system variables, can you help?
- For the engine adapter, i use variables: & SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_TYPE &
& SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_ERRTXT & and when the alert occurs are reported in 'Alert Iblox', however in the mail I receive this information does not travel, why?

Thanks,

Silvia

Hi Silvia,

Is it that you are able to see these variables in Alert Inbox but not in the email? Are you creating these alerts from BPM using Control Step -> Throw Alert?

I suggest you recheck the short text and long text (wherever you are using these container variables).

Regards,

Mateen.

Hi Silvia,

Please check the variables in the below given document and use it.

Thanks Naveen,

I know this variables, however, when the alert occurred in Integration Engine or Adapter Engine, are empty.

Hi Anup,

The PI version is 7.11 (level 09).

The alert is trigger from integration engine and adapter engine.

I assume your configuration is properly done with the variables .

Recheck your configuration and  activate the rule again and try to use below variables

SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_TYPE (type SXI_TO_ACTION_NS)

SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_ERRTXT (type SXI_TO_ACTION).

Still issue not fixed then ask your BASIS team to upgrade the patch level..

thanks and regards,
