Portal System refresh

Hi Folks,

We have requirement to do Portal system refresh.I dont know why we are do it for portal system.

But now we have to do that.Let me know the Pre steps to be done on QA portal and Post steps to be followed.

Also which way we should we do it, i mean using Database export.I have done it for ABAP systems many time using Brrestore.

System details

SAP : SAP netweaver 7.3 Portal

Database : Oracle 11.2.0.2
