Hi All,

In sales order screen-->shiiping-->additional dataB . I need some additional adn extra fields . say

Addition Fields:

  Plant date

Vessel name

ETD Date

ETA Date

Total no. of container

Extra fields:

region

comments

document completed: Y/N

would you kinldy guide me on this.

Dear Netrapal,

Please refer to OSS Note 420546, you can freely add up the fields as per your requirement by doing customization in SAPMV45A program for respective screens. Done forget to make the fields move to VBAK and VBAP table through append structure with the help of your ABAPER by creating the logic in subroutine 'USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK' of include MV45AFZZ in order to populate the value. Dear

You cannot add extra fields in sale order like that. You can use Item text for this. Maintain text in line item > Text tab. You can also maintain texts on sale order header.
