User status check in IW32

Dear all,

I need a clarification about User status check for Maintenance order. I have assigned an auhorization object (B_USERSTAT) with all field values correctly. But its not checking while changing user status in maintenance order. Is there any other option to be done for user status check?

Please give me the possible solution at the earliest.
