SPRO--> SAP Reference IMG not working

Hi Friends,

           i am run the tcode SPRO -->click on SAP Reference IMG but it canot show any thing(next screen) on my ECC system .Please help me yar.

this is Devloping sustem(NED).Check below Screen shot incase any doubghts.

The screen shot didn't post successfully.

I have seen something similar to what you describe when using an out of date SAP GUI; speciifcally using SAP GUI 7.20 when running transaction SPRO on a NW 7.3 system can result in short dumps  or stuff not displaying correctly.

Hi Martin,

No improvement, i can fallow that SNOTE.But not working.

My GUI is 7.3.

Still we face problem can any one please update me.

Which user you logged into SPRO.Check if the user does have the necessary authorizations?

  i am login user with S*_basis(SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW) authorizations.please let me know any other solution
