transport not required for master data configuration items

HI Friends,

Our client has a requirement where they dont require a transport for below mentioned master data configuration items....is there a SAP note to do it technically ?

Logistics Execution>Shipping>Routes>Route Determination>Maintain Route Determination

Logistics Execution>Shipping>Routes>Route Determination>Define Transportation Zones

we checked the OSS notes but they doesnt seems to be working for ECC6..

we need a fix in ECC6

the solution from OSS note 135028 works for me, it worked in 46c and is still working in ECC6

this note has 2 sections explaining what to do in releases prior to 46c and after. ECC6 is after.

the OSS note has no limitation to any release, it is a consulting note.
