Hi All,
I'm working on a GRC System SP08 and have found a really odd issue.
When creating an access request via the End User Logon screen, the user is not able to search for roles. On the role search application, I try to search for roles based upon System but only some of the roles (if any) are displayed. However, if I select a system which has no sync'd roles, the system returns an error message saying "No records found for the search criteria entered".
When creating the request via the standard NWBC screens, the role search works without issues.
The Repository Object Sync Job has been scheduled to run every 2 hours and completes without issues.
All of the roles are available, set to productive status and provisioning allowed in BRM.
The EUL Service user has sufficient authorisations to be able to see all roles.
Also, parameter 2033 is set to YES to allow requestors to view All Roles in requests.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
Thanks,
Simon
Hi All,
Thanks for the millions of replies on this!!
Just in case anyone finds the same issue it was actually caused by an end user saving a filter on the Role Search results. This was then applied to every user who logs in via the Service user (when they do not have a GRC account themselves) and therefore made it look like there was only a subset of roles available.
