Confirmation number not showing SC follow-on documents

Hi Experts,

I have created 6 confirmations w.r.t PO in SRM frontend and GR is posted in the backend.

The status of the confirmations is showing as "Transmit to Backend System".

But in SC Follow on documents 3 confirmation numbers are not showing and only backend GR number is shwoing.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Did yo check the background job BBP_GET_STATUS_2 status and frequency  it is running?

Or manually execute it for the shopping carts which you are not finding the PO history.

Also make sure that clean_reqreq_2 also running without any issues.

Actually it is very old SC and I executed  BBP_GET_STATUS_2 job by giving SC number and Logical sytem. It is showing as 1 date record is updated. But when i checked SC history, the confirmation number is not shwoing.

Could you please let me know, for old sc's what all the parameters need to give while executing BBP_GET_STATUS_2 job. like SC number , Logical sytem & Sc from....days.
