Hi Sreeni,
Crosscheck if the fixed recepients list provided is correct...?also if you are providing user ID in Fixed recepients you need to go to su01 and cross verify if the user is linked to appropriate email id's.
-->why you are trying to create RFC Destination for triggering alerts?

Naveen

am I missing any thing to be configured?
But when test from RSALERTTEST then it send a message only with Title parameters, but not from Short and long text.
Any idea plz.
Regards,
Sreeni.
We had also faced this. In alert config in RWB, for async scenarios provide receiver information such as Receiver componenet, Receiver Interface and namespace etc as * and for synchronous, for both sender & receiver as *. Also deselect suppress multiple alerts of same rule in RWB. Also I would suggest to create a new package ZRXX in PI and while doing ALRTCATDEF, provide this package at bottom. Also do not test alerts through any RSALERTTEST. Test it end to end only. RSALERTTEST is used only to test whether an alert could be sent as an email..
Give points if helpful..
