Stock reservation

Hi experts

Our requirement is to reserve a stock for a particular material of particular batch for a particular Sales employee till a particular date.Once the reservation  date is over then the reservation should be removed.Kindly suggest how it can be achieved.

I have used customer consignment where the sales employee has been created as a customer and stock is then just kept away from normal sales in the warehouse.
