Errors in CCDB Stores(Extractors failed)

Hi,

We have solution manager 7.1 monitoring setup for sap business objects 4.0, I see an alert regarding Errors in CCDB Stores, when trying to find out the cause, I found that there are 2 extractors which got failed.

CONFIGURATION (WINDOWS REGISTRY CONFIGURATION) and CONFIGURATION (FILE SYSTEM)

In both the cases Store template is not passed to the extractor.

Need to know the cause of this and how to fix. I try to search and do research, but not much luck. Appreciate if you can please provide some help here.

Hi ,

There should be an error placed in each and every extractors load, can you check this wiki page

it help you to where and how to get the error log, Please paste the error here.

I try to find the error, but only thing I can see is:

Can you please let me know in what cases do we get this "Store template not passed to the extractor" error?

    I have a problem in CCDB administration with extractor E2E_CCDB_FS_EXTRACTOR (Configuration (File System)).

The extractor log:

I check the SMD Agent, and this is running. You know something about this error?
