TR still open even TO is created in WM

Dear Experts,

My client is facing problem with TR open issue.

they did TR and with respect to TR they are doing TO creation, but in system still TR's are showing open status.

my client manually deleting the open TR's in LL01 - WM monitor transaction.they are asking why TR is in open status even TO created ?

Please help me in fixing this problem.

What is the WM movement type for the TR?

Were there any manual movements, like 999?

Are they confirming the TOs?

How many materials were on the TR?  Was it partially processed?

Please send screen shots.

Okay.

For that 2nd screenshot of the TO - Please hit the hat and record the TR # and get the material document # for that TR.

And what is the material document # for the TR (513259) on the third screenshot of the monitor.

Could you double check with LT04 for this TR, whethere there are some open items in it?
