Migrate ccBPM processes from X I3.0 to PI 7.30 or PI 7.31 (double stack)

is it possible to migrate automatic existing ccBPM processes from XI 3.0 to PI 7.30 or PI 7.31 (double stack)? If yes anyone nows a description or a blog how to do this?

yes - export function from XI 3.0 (IR) and import function in PI 7.31 (ESR)
