Hi Experts,
I need your help, because I´m not very familiar wih DP Macro 😞 I have created a macro which should compare two KF.
The macro have to check, if the KF History >0 0 and the KF Corrected History = Inital. If the condition is fulfilled the macro have to create an Alert and the macro have to copy the values from KF History to KF Corrected History.
When I execute the macro, the alert will be created and the values from KF History will be copied to KF Corrected History. But If, the KF History = Inital than the macro copied a value of 0 to KF Corrected History and I would expect that the macro don´t copy inital values.
Have you any idea?
Thanks
Hi,
unless you control the program flow with commands like IS_INITIAL as you did, the system treats 0 and initial as equivalent. Therefore, in your IF clause, the equal sign in >=0 treats 0 and initial as equivalent and perform the copy.
If you don't want this behaviour, use an additional IS_INITAL to better constraint the logic of your process.
thanks,
J.
