SAP AFS Allocation

Hi All ,

Our requirement is to distribute stock promotional against order in AFS allocation ...

Ex :

Style code : LEJN2708E ; Stock : 80   ( sku : 34 )

Order	Order qty ( sku : 34 )	required allocation to be
Order 1	10	8
Order 2	15	13
Order 3	25	21
Order 4	45	38

couldn't able to configure as per required mentioned above ..

please help .. thanks

Was it based upon the percentage of stock available ..?

Can you please tell in detail about your requirement on allocation....?

Hi,

Kindly check the new Arun Dynamic Optimizer this should help you.

• After ARun, all the allocation assignments will be stored on table J_3ABDBS.

• Preview allocations are gonna saved in J_3ARESH

• Open and non-allocated requirements/orders are sitting on table J_3ABDSI  (MENGE minus J_3ARESM)

Standard:   Considers J_3ABDBS and J_3ARESH  (Status F, R)

Dynamic:   Reads J_3ABDBS and J_3ABDSI   (Status F, R, 9, T)

In the Dynamic Optimizer, you can configure up to three different drill-down paths.

Each path can consist of three different levels. Each level can consist of different key fields.

Path 1  Order

  Level 1 __MCE_ITEM__à  Material

  Drill into   Level 2 __MCE_ITEM__à Orders

Path 2  Level 1 __MCE_ITEM__à   Material

  Drill into   Level 2 __MCE_ITEM__à Size & category

You can  :

• Convert allocation/MRP status: F to R or R to F (Block & Release)
• Deallocate assignments, to bring stock back to unrestriced
• Size Conversion support
• Undo
• Allocate your open orders (allocation logic is based on the ARun
• Release check. Carry out another release check on your order(s)
• Reallocate your orders
• 'Adjust' your orders (SPREAD)
• You can allocate and deallocate by Exact qty, percentage
