conflict issue

Hi Experts,

I have a below issue .

Activation of the change list canceled

When deleting object "Function Module BAPI_XXXX_SIMULATE | urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions" the dependent object " Documentation FU.BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE | urn:sap-com:document:sap:docu" was deleted as well. This caused the following problem:

Documentation FU.BAPI_XXX_SIMULATE | urn:sap-com:document:sap:docu is already in another change list (ID= 70151fbd-7782-11e2-9a44-000000cae72a) of this user .

when the conflict issue occured i deleted the BAPI_XXXX_SIMULATE. when i tried to activate BAPI_XXX in other software version it is throwing the error

How to overcome this issue.

Hi ,

Can you check whether the object is locked ?

go to java home page-->administration-->Repository-->lock overview-->

If it is locked then unlock it .

Hi venkat,

I have the bapi imported in common folder namesapce and we have  defined dependencies, but when i try to access the bapi i see few of the fields are missing .

So i tried to reimport the BAPI in the common folder name sapce .i was able to view all the fileds in the common namespace but not in the dependcies ..

Please let me know how to fix this issue.
