Automatic mail triggering for QM notification

Dear all,

                                Is there any provision for automatic mail trigerring whenever an Quality notification is created in SAP QM ?  If possible, kindly provide the steps for activating the automatic mail triggering for QM notification

Follow the below path.

Transaction Code is OQNW.

There, you can activate the workflow function by assigning Agent here. If you have dynamic agents (receivers), you have to write small code to read the receiver from the notification itself. Check with your ABAP Consultants.
