Inspection point

hI EVERYBOFY,

i have query with Inspection Points

where i mentioned inspection pts. in master recipe & what setting is require to be config. for that

query- i have process. order of 250 kg , after each 50 kg i need inspection , & only for 5 kg from each 50 kg

how this insp. pts usefull by mentioning in recipe

In Inspection Point configuration, some required details will be entered in Initial screen for In-Process Inspection.

It could be Shift, Batch No., Roll No., etc., as per the business process.

These parameters will be defined in Inspection Point & the Inspection Point will be assigned in Routing. This will bring the defined fields as Input in Results Recording Screen.

If you fix up the qty duration for which recording to be done, using some development, system will restrict with the number of recordings (in your case, it is 5)
