How to enable Unlock Personal Number button in sap travel tool application

Hi Friends,

When user is trying to book travel expense through the sap web tool, at that time if one error message comes, ie. application is locked by the XXXXX personal number, if the that personal number is our own, then we need implementation to unlock the own personal number, so how to enable the unlock button in web tool, which is locked by own personal number.

some details are below:

Technical Name of iView	com.sap.pct.erp.ess.12.unlockpersno
Technical Name of Application	FITV_UNLOCK_PERSNO
Service Key	EMPLOYEE_TRAVEL_UNLOCK_PERSNO_SRV_12
Runtime Technology	ABAP/Web Dynpro
Data Source	SAP enhancement package 2 for SAP ECC 6.0, EA-HR
Support	FI-TV

Hi Experts,

As i have mentioned one URL link, which shows, Unlock Personal number link is standard functionality in sap travel tool application,

so could any one please reply on this, how to configure web tool to enable the unlock personal number link /button OR any code level changes required?
