SLED/BBD Value is not updated in LX02

Hi,

The SLED/BBD value is not getting updated in LX02 even though the value is updated in Batch MSC3N.

The SLED value is populated from LQUA (Quant) table.

Can anyone tell me how is SLED and Quant is related and how is the data stored in LQUA.

Is there any particular movement type which defines it?

The same Materil/Batch SLED is updated in LX02 after few days. How does this happen?

There wa also a suggestion of checking OSS  note 394605  Shelf life expiration date and batches in the warehouse. But I could not find why data is not updated?

For SLED to be displayed in LX02 should SLED be active for the Warehouse?

sure it should be activated, you cannot expect the data there without activating the functionality

I had this doubt,

But even though SLED is not active I can see the values for some materials in LX02.

that is the main reason why I had this confusion. My SLED is not active for the warehouse, but still there are values updated for the same Warehouse/Material/Batch.

How does this happen?

What all parameters are needed for the SLED to appear.? some colleagues told me that its standard problem and they used OSS Notes for it...
