PPDS or SNP req---differentiate?

Hi,

I'm new to APO world....

Can anyone how we can differentitate between PPDS PREQ and SNP preq?The number range used for both is same...So how to differentiate or know whether the req is created via SNP or PPDS?

Hi SRM,

As specified by Rajesh, PPDS PReq will be created with APO application 2, and SNP PReq will be created with APO application 4.

Other then this, you can change PPDS PReq in TCode /n/sapapo/RRP3, whereas SNP orders can't be changed there.

Hi,

Each order in APO will have a reference to the application that generated it - Application in APO (/SAPAPO/OM_APO_APPLI).

APO Application value for PP/DS - 2

APO application value for SNP - 4

If you access the product view (t.code /SAPAPO/RRP3) and double click an order element, the details will be shown. Under status, you can see the APO application that created the order.
