Unable convert Sender service to ALE Logical system

Hi All,

   Queue stuck In SMQ2. But error is Unable convert Sender service to ALE Logical system?  Could u plz how to solve this issue?

Hi Madhu,

You will get this error when you are using Idoc i the receiver side generally.

This is because of that you did not given logical system name for the respective sender Business System in SLD.

Solution is as below:

1. Add Logical system name (Any name as your standard but not more than 10 chars) and SAVE THAT Business System in SLD.

2. come to ID and open the same business system and go to menu in the change mode and do as below:

   Communication Componet (Business Service)--->Adapter Specific Identifiers--->Click on Compare with SLD option in bottom of the Popup then you can see the Idoc Adapter logical system name in the same popup.  Then save you BS and Activate.

Hi Madhu,

Go to Integration Directory and open your Business System for which this error is coming.

Business System -> Service -> Adapter Specific Identifiers -> Compare with SLD. For more information, please find the below blog:

If Sender is Third Party, enter your Business System name in Receiver Agreement header mapping for both sender and receiver communication component.
