Try tables KONH and KONP.  For the types review  table T6B1.

Thanks James.

And a completely off topic. Can someone tell me, how to find the table names related to some topic. Do i need to remember all the the tables related to all the topics or is there a way i can search in the SAP system related to some area??

Thank you

F1 on the field and click on the Tool button.  Sometimes this can be a structure so you just need to a where-used-list in SE11 flor the data element.

But look at the picture i attached.

We use a custom field in material master. It shows the table name as MARA when i use F1 to find out.

But in real, we use     ZBUSINESSUNIT table to check the list of data elements in that field.

ZBUSINESSUNIT is the domain used for the values in the MARA table Z field.  In SE11 double click on the data element to find the domain. Double clikck on the domain and then click on the value range tab.  Now view the value table.
