I want to know what and all the Pre-skills are required to choose Sybase SUP Developer as a career. Your answers are most welcome and it would be great to me to take a better decision.

Hi Vasanth,
To start, you need only basic understanding of the below.
Backend Connectivity from SUP: BAPI/RFC, Web Service, REST service(oData)
SUP Server: mostly administrative/configuration tasks through UI.
Client/Application: HTML5, Android,Win Mobile, BB, iOS.
You can find trial versions of softwares and learning materials @ http://scn.sap.com/community/developer-center/mobility-platform
Also you can find step by step procedure for online apploication development using SUP @ http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-23532

Hi Vasanth,
You need not to be an expert android/html developer to create a basic app using SUP. However your expertise will help you in creating more complex apps with beautiful UIs.
Since you can get help from public forum for both HTML5, Android, its good idea to start with any one these platform.

The SUP server runs on Windows OS, The SDK is Eclipse based.
Eclipse and Windows experience will help.
The Client Side it will depend:
IOS - requires XCODE, objective C experience
WM - C#. net
Blackberry and Andriod – is JAVA based.
