Masking Data

Hi Experts, 

I  have created Masking and now its appearing in modify Mask.

Could you please suggest me , if I want to  use this mask for perticular plant, mean if I would mask it for perticular plant, then that plant's data should appear in SRM MDM Catalog list.

Hi,

Modify Mask has following Options -Please go-through them:

Add -Add records to the selected mask.

Remove -Remove records from the selected mask.

Replace -With Replace the records in the selected mask.

Source

Search Results - Modify the mask with the search results.

Selected Records - Modify the mask with the selected records.

Records from File - Modify the mask with records from a file.

Yes. If a mask is assigned to particular plant , it should also display all its records in Catalog list.

Can you please share how are you going to achieve this? How will you display bunch of records under a paricular mask in SRM catalog?

  In SRM we do a config setting  as below and we add attributes using PPOMA_BBP transaction for specific user.

Hi Manglesh,

URL your are talking about might be obtained from PI system. I am not sure about it.

Or is it that you are enquiring about the distribution path(from outbound remote system) in MDM ?

From MDM's perspective, there is no URL generated.
