Request for External staff: Qualification Profile

Hi everybody, it's been a long time 😛

I am actually facing an issue in the "Request For External Staff" transaction.

When I try to add a skill profile using the link "Create Qualification Profile" in the transaction, instead of the PDF form, I get the error message "Call contained error(s): ADS (2)".

Does someone know wtf is that ?

Is there something to do or activate in order to use these pdf forms ?

Did you do settings for ADS (Adobe Document Services) ?

I think you have to install the ADS on the Java stack NetWeaver 2004s. You do not have to install the ADS on the same server as SRM, rather you can install it on another server.

I've seen documents about Adobe Document Server that has to be configured.

Does anyone have any doc about this component, its installation and customizing ?
