Hi experts... I have a doubt in pm order release. can anyone tell me how to tell through system, that the order is in progress after the order is released? That means after release of order(break down or maintenance etc) and before TECO how we can tell that the order is in execution through system.
Greetings Vara,
You can create a User Status e.g. EXEC to signify that the Order is in progress. You can set that manually. You may also set this status in OIBS to be automatically remove with the setting of TECO or CNF for the Order.
You may also use a status like WOCO to signify the work is completed and the Order awaiting TECO, for the Orders that do not have Operations to confirm.
Please note that similarly named System Statuses are applicable if you use Work Clearance Management.
Let us know if this clears up your doubts, or please refine your question.
