Query on ARM- Access rquest management

Hello Guru's

My clients wants to have following functionalities in ARM.

1.Whenever enduser raises a request,email notification must be sent to approver along with  saplink to login , so is it possible if yes then how can we do it any Note?

2.User termination process--whenever IT/HR raise a request of user termination, email notification must trigger and block user and must go to IT/HR saying user removed. so can we implement this functionality? and can this removal of user can be automated once request is approved or what is the process?

Hi Maltesh,

Both the requirements can be achieved in ARM as below

For E-mail notification along with SAP link to log in can be sent when specified in "notification templates" in MSMP and user termination can be done through request type = delete account which needs a workflow to be configured accordingly to terminate a user once it is approved.
