HUs dont exist when try the usage descision inspection lot

Users reported Handling Units in transaction LX03 that are assigned to the inspection lot 10000454803 in status "Q", however in an attempt to reclaim the inspection lot in QA32, they got a message that HU doesn’t exist. Due to which it’s not possible to feed these empty bottle to production line.

When they try the usage decision for this lot, system doesn’t generate the corresponding delivery, because the units do not exist.

Why is this hapenning and how to fix this inconsistency?
How should we avoid this to accour again?

If your SAP version is earlier than ECC, I recommend searching SAP notes with error message.

Because various inconsistency was exist in old version. (especially between QM, WM and HU)

Anyway let me know exact message number.

In fact we have ECC 6.0.

Error message we got, doesn't have any number. Please see the image attached.

With transaction LX03 we can see 34 units assigned to the inspection lot, but when try to do  the usage decision the message says they don't exist.

I don't know foreign language. Sorry.

Anyway the message is just 'information', not 'error'.

I assume you can perform UD after you press 'enter' button.

And click 'question' icon, you can know the message number.
