Error in consistency check in Es31 for rate determination

Hey All,

I am getting the below error  while make consistency check of installation in ES31.

  AH 423 :Error in operand 02-WANGMTR (fact group , season )

  Ah099 :Maintain an operand value for operand 02-WANGMTR

regarding the first error if found no value is maitained in table ETTAF for rate category ,as a result error might be given (not sure though).

Has any one faced a similar issue before,Can you kindly let me were to maintian the opernad value for rate category trnx Ea54 (not sure ) ?
