Dear SAP Gurus,

I am creating PR against project cut over data.i want to creat PR for last year 2012 open PRs.i updated budget to the project for 2012.while am creating the PR the delivery date is entered as 2013 year.So system i checking budget for 2013 year. But my requirement is that when we are creating the PR for 2012 year it should check the budget for 2012 year.Not the delivery year 2013.

How to achieve this.Pls guide me.i searched in SAP forum but i cant able to find solution.

Hello,

The controlling document is generated in the date 'delivery date' then I am not sure if you can achieve your requirement in a easy way..... I suppose you need to change the date that it is used to generate the controlling doc.

Hi Dawood

You can  deactivate Budget  availability Check  and upload all your 2012 open PR's , After upload of cutoverdata latter on you can make budget adjustments and  activate availability check
