Hi SRM Experts,
Could you please assist the shopping cart issue
The issue is encountered when I raised a 51 line shopping cart and when it was time to order it was hanging for a while and timed out and a blank screen
was generated.and this i am accessing from a Portal
Component : SAP SRM 7.0
Note: Couple of month ago we ahve upgraded the SRM from 5.0 to 7.0

Hello,
You can use transaction ST12 to perform a trace from portal when ordering such shopping cart.
Then you can see where time is being consumed.

It depends on a lot of factors,
1.How are you determining your approvers ?
2.Any code written in the change/check badi needs to be optimized?BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI or BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI
3.There are a few notes that could help 1477264,1706327.

It seems the note Note 1586519 - PPS: Performance issue when creating a big document is appliable for SRM 7 & 7.01 releases and it may help you to improve performance issue.
