Hi Team,

I am facing following issue.

When i am creating Transfer order (LT03), Base Unit of measure is getting changed from Meters to Pieces.

In Material Master for that specific material has following definitions.

1) General Data : M (Meters)   &

2) Additional Data Tab :  Unit of Measure view

x	aun	Measure Unit text	<=>	Y	BUn
1	M	m	<=>	1	M
1	PC	items	<=>	5	M

3) Warehouse Management 1 : General Data : Base Unit of Measure is 'M'

Business wants in Transfer Order also Base Unit of Measure as meters only, not in to pieces.

Please provide your valuable inputs to fix the issue.

1.  I assume the B UoM in the WM view of the material is M.  Though normally I would assume the "lowest" UoM is the Base UoM.

2.  Check in SPRO for " Define Control Parameters for Warehouse Number".  Here you can determine the UoM used in WM.

To always have a base UoM in transfer orders in WM, you only have to set a proposed unit of measure to be 'N' in warehouse management 1 view in material master.

You can maintain this for multiple materials using MM17 - it's field MLGN-VOMEM.
