Not clear on load_balancing_func.

Hi Expert,

I am not quite sure of load_balancing_func implemented by merge_monitor in hana. As far as I know, merge monitor has to check out the  load_balancing_func and then assign tokens to each merge request.

Could you please tell me whether result of load_balancing_func is amount of tokens that hana has at present or other estimation metircs by merge_monitor.
