Automatic updation of Work in activity from Workforce planning in CMP2

Dear All,

Is there any configuration to update work in activity with respect to work distributed in CMP2.

Say for example I have given 100 hrs in work in activity, but i have planned 110 hrs in CMP2. The work in the activity should change to 110 hrs automatically and the same should reflect in cats during confirmation and should be billed.

Not possible in standard sap system but what is the naughty or funny logic you have plan of 100 hours then why you are distributing 110 hrs??

System behaviour to be equal to plan or less then plan not more then plan

Thank you very much Gokul and Sanjeev. This what I was telling  my client. If it can update by itself, then there is no meaning in capacity requirements. My client is asking if any development can be done for the same.

Hi Sagar,

As far as i know this is not possible. I have worked a lot on this functionality and have never seen anyone doing this. If you plan 100 you can distribute 100. In case you feel you will require more work to be done you need to replan and then proceed.

If you plan 100 then why are you distributing 110?

Anyway I do not think there is any standard function to do this.
