Protection process order against early generation of the final product.

Hello.

During the handling of the process order, the end users are performing too early movement type 101.

Without the confiramtion of consumption the raw materials (movement type 261) the end users create the finished product (movement type 101).

This leads to over-stock.

How to protect the process order to not allow to make a movement type 101  before all raw materials are consumed and all operations are not

confirmed.

I am waiting for help.

Regards

Bogdan

Hi Bogdan,

I think that would be controlled on the ERP configuration of the Process Order type.  But I also want to ask how this relates to MII?  If you are only interested in the ERP (PPPI) end of the process, you would be better off posting this in the next level up of Manufacturing rather than in the MII subspace.

Hi Mike

Thank You for any suggestions and help.

I have solved this problem by implementation User Exit: ZXMBCU02.

It is run when movement type 101 is done.

In this exit I am checking consumption of material components and sent error message if not all raw materials are consumed.

Thanks,  Mike
