Hello,

Can you check if the host file has entries for IP 131.181.190.11 and services has valid entry for  sapdb00.  If its not available then you need to update it & restart your SAP GUI and try again.

You can check it in the path C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc.

Mudasir.

Hi,

1. To get the hostname of an IP Address, you can use the command "nslookup <ip address>". However you can use IP Address directly in SAP Gui too.

2. Maintain services file as per 52959 so that the message server  port are reachable.

3. The "127.0.0.1:3299 not reached," could be due to the same reason. host file / Services file are not maintained correctly. Or the system itself is not reachable. You can try to use command 'Ping 127.0.0.1" to see if it can be reached.

Also while log on sapgui 720 an error message coming "partner 127.0.0.1:3299 not reached, WSAECONNRFUSED: Connection refused". Please help..

Note 52959 - sapms..., sapdp.., sapgw.. unknown (or not found)
