Dear Experts
We are using the SRM 7.0 offline approval program. As per
our requirement when the user selects the logon link he will be redirected to
the Portal page. From that he will approve /reject the shopping cart.
The issue we are facing is,
If we accessing the same shopping cart through Portal UWL we
are getting the options of approve and rejects in Portal whereas we are not getting the
approve/reject option in Portal when the user select the logon link directly from the
outlook in the shopping cart page. By default it is going to the display mode.
We are not getting any edit button when we select the logon link.

Hariprasath
There should be a button 'Show my Tasks' click on it and you should be good to go.
Thanks,
Jeff

Dear
Jeff
Thanks for your reply. After selecting the show my tasks, I am getting the Process now button.
After selecting the Process now button I am getting the approve / reject option from the table.
Thanks for your reply.
I have one question. Here when selecting the work item from UWL (after logging to the Portal) we are getting the approve /reject button directly from the table. Whereas in offline approval after user selects the logon link from outlook he is getting the shopping cart window. Then show my task/ process now --> Then he is getting the approve / reject option.
Is that differnce becasue of some configuration in the system?

Hariprasath
Hello Hariprasath,
it will depend on your process level type:
- with Approval, you cannnot edit the document,
- with Completion, you can edit the document.
But, in both cases, in items overview, you have radio-button (reject/approve) at item or "header" level (depending on your decision type).
By default, SC is "Approved". If approver wants to reject, he has to change the radio-button before submitting his decision.
Regards.
Laurent.
