Can any one tell me the basic difference between LTL and FTL scenario and in terms of stages/business documents how do the busines sprocess differ.

Basic difference, as the name tells, is that for F(ull)T(ruck)L(oad) there is no consolidation and only a single business document. For LTL, where the truck is not full, multiple business documents can be consolidated together.

From a stage perspective for LTL you can have a multi pick to bring the stuff to the consolidation location, where it is packed and transported together on the 'main' stage.

Hence thanks for the clarification and hence for LTL if its of 3 stages in that case we can have 3 truck FO.

Also one more question what is the concept of reverse logistics in TM as I know in ECC its mainly used for returns process and not any cancellation.
