hello everybody,
recently we migrate our content from a PI7.1 to other one PI7.1 installation.
In one of us interfaces we made a ccBPM. This BPM work correctly in PI dev and PI prd systems.
But in new PI , when we launch the interface , the ccBPM don't start. we don't see any new process instances.
In SMQ2 we found the message "Permanent error in BPE inbound processing".
In LUW process - runtime - display process we have error: "Message ADD4572BB8C24BE60CA3CCC73636686C is not used in any process instances"
I check everything and it's the same as in PI prd.
I delete cache many time.
the PI version is the same.
Other things to check?
thanks in advance
Alessandro
i found
the problem was in a CC used for a RFC lookup on first mapping (transformation).
Now everything ok
Thanks to everybody

Can you check with SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING TCODE whether the RFC destination is working fine b/w Integration Engine and Business Process engine ?

Hi,
have you checked everything from
Note 1126656 - BPE-TS: Permanent errors in the BPE inbound processing
? this note always solves the issue

try to read this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/1385803
------
The issue was because of having multiple service name mapped to same repository name within same namespace in sxi_cache. How did we end up having multiple entries there? Probably we have done, import, re-import multiple time with a different service name in directory for same BPM. Shouldnu2019t be the issue though but it doesnu2019t work! We have renamed the BPM in repository and re-imported it with the same name in directory. It started working!
